MOVENS has been created by Henshin Group Ltd.
Henshin Group Ltd. was established on the initiative of a group of entrepreneurs and professionals with many years of experience in the mobility market in 2018. Its central administration and registered office is located in Haywards Heath, UK while the R&D Unit is set in Udine, in the North-East of Italy. Our know-how comes from a pluriannual experience in the mobility field market and multi sector managing careers of our managers who can show a long and diversified curriculum in international companies. This long experience brought them to understand that the market evolution was leading to mobility platforms able to provide the interconnection infrastructure to person-centered services.
Traditional vehicle sharing platforms revealed not to able to efficiently evolve into a general platform capable to connect a great number of service providers and to manage the IoT in the Smart City.
A new project was therefore necessary.
The Company's purpose was twofold: first, to realize cutting-edge technology able to overcome the current fragmented state of the Smart City market in order to intercept the huge business opportunities by functional area; second, to set a new standard in the global mobility platforms market to facilitate services integration.
MOVENS is the implementation of this inspiring project focused on people's wellbeing and on empowering smart citizenship.
We think that the fusion between young and skilled people and senior experienced managers is one of our strengths, and the enthusiasm that they share in a sympathetic way constitutes a technological and professional challenge capable of organizing one of the main mobility platforms in the world, generating an incredibly positive Esprit de Corse such as to creatively involve the members of Henshin Group.

Giuseppe Surace
Born in Venice in 1963; he is married with three children. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Physics from the Trinity College in UK. He is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience spanning from basic research to high-tech industry across the globe. He has lived in various countries including USA e UK. In his career he covered multiple C level position and brings a longstanding experience as CEO. He joined Henshin in 2023 as Chief Business Development Officer and has been holding the position of CEO since July.
Massimo Orlandi
Born in Rome in 1961; he is married with two children. In 1984 he received his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University La Sapienza of Rome. He has been the CEO and General Director of Sorgenia, Vice President of Assoelettrica. Since 2013 He is the President of Veos. In 2019 he entered the board of Henshin of which he is Chairman.
Francesco Cursano
Born in Lecce in 1968; he is married with three children. In 1994 he received his degree in Business Administration from the Bocconi University of Milan. He has a long experience as a consultant in PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He has been CFO of some companies involved in renewable energy sector and currently he is CFO of Veos Group. In 2021 he entered the board of Henshin.
Davide Salerno
Born in Milan in 1982; he is married with two children. In 2006 he received his degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico of Milan. In 2022 he earned an Executive MBA in Digital Transformation from Politecnico of Milan. He held senior management positions in a number of energy companies. In 2021, he joined Henshin as business development & strategy manager, and in 2022, he entered the board of Henshin.
